- Opportunity for the selected startup ideas for physical/virtual incubation at the TIDES Business Incubator for 2 years
- Access to Incubator resources such as start-up starter package, co-working space and quality mentorship (from TIDES Business Incubator, IIT Roorkee’s Alumni, successful entrepreneurs, domain experts, etc.)
- Eligible to apply for Merit-based prototyping fund from TIDES Business Incubator will be awarded to selected startups
- Media coverage & access to investors and accelerators from relevant fields (demo-day pitch event), among others.
- Incubated startups' stories of innovation will have the opportunity to get featured in quarterly newsletters of TIDES Business Incubator

About TIDES
Technology Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development Society (TIEDS) has been established to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in the region. TIEDS runs and manages a Business Incubator called Technology Innovation & Development of Entrepreneurship Support (TIDES) Business Incubator hosted at IIT, Roorkee. TIDES facilitates the incubation of new enterprises with innovative technologies by admitting them to its Incubation Centre and provides physical, technical, financial, and networking support and services.
About IIT Roorkee
Indian Institute of Technology - Roorkee ranks amongst the best technological institutions in the world and has contributed to all sectors of technological development. It has also been considered a trendsetter in the area of education and research in the field of science, technology, and engineering. The Institute had celebrated its Sesquicentennial in October 1996 and now completed more than 175 years of its existence. It was converted to IIT on September 21, 2001, by an Ordinance issued by the Government of India declaring it as the nation’s seventh Indian Institute of Technology, an “Institution of National Importance”. The Institute offers Bachelor's Degree courses in 10 disciplines of Engineering and Architecture and a Postgraduate's Degree in 55 disciplines of Engineering, Applied Science, Architecture, and planning. The Institute has facilities for doctoral work in all Departments and Research Centres.
