163 students, 26 teams, industry experts, world-class mentors, and dignitaries – join the mega-event and witness the creativity and innovativeness of entrepreneurs in the making from the rural setups. The PitchFest will be a revelation for you; witness young minds unfolding unique and innovative ideas that will solve the problems of society. Our team of industry experts, mentors, and guides tapped and nurtured these raw talents. 

The PitchFest is the culmination of Moonpreneur’s partnership with the Indian Institute of Management–Visakhapatnam for the ELDP, one of the premier business schools in the country.

A fruitful collaboration, the ELDP program hit the bull’s eye since its launch; we received a whopping 2,000 applications and selected 163 students after an extensive screening and evaluation process. We divided the selected students into 26 teams who went on a learning roller-coaster–from a one-month learning program titled Franklin Covey’s 7 Habits of Effective Teens to the rigorous ELDP learning sessions. Joy and excitement, tears and disappointments – the team went through a gamut of emotions before reaching the PitchFest. They rocked the preliminary round of the PitchFest with 15 teams qualifying for the semi-final round.

Various institutions and researchers forecast an absolutely new workplace where an entrepreneurial and innovative mindset will be critical. We are preparing the young generation for the future by upskilling them under ELDP.

We were not alone on this journey. Organizations with the same vision joined us. Silicon Valley-based Fortune Fund and S2Tech Pvt Ltd sponsored the program.

Now, all eyes are on the upcoming PitchFest finale where 8 teams will be sharing their ideas to global jury, VCs, and business leaders.
